Bulk manufacture takes place on our production line, where all items are handmade and quality checked throughout. Quality checks also take place in the finishing stages, before your items are packaged for delivery

For each order we create a prototype for your approval, allowing you to test and refine the functionality of your design. Once your samples have been approved, we will commence bulk manufacture.

Our experienced pattern cutters can interpret your rough sketches or reference images and produce accurate patterns directly from physical garments, existing patterns or detailed technical specs, whether it’s making a simple skirt or amending an existing pattern.

The cutting process is essentially the most important step of our clients production. We're not only delivering the strongest and the best, where as we also strive to conservatively save your fabric and making the most use out of every inches.
